Design Plans and Packages

Pricing is quoted for 8’x6′ white pine logs, and includes 10″ lag screws, joint sealant, and dowel pins. All logs are double tongue and grooved with drip ledge. Logs are kiln dried.  Each log package includes two sets of working blue prints.

Remember, you don’t need to use our plans to purchase our logs. We specialize in CUSTOM homes, so we’ll gladly work with you to design the log home you’ve been dreaming of.

Our prices for turn-key or dry-in do not include permits.

• 2×8 log siding

Payment Schedule:

• 10% deposit with order.
• Must take delivery within 30 days of order, or forfeit deposit.
• Balance due upon delivery, or by mail 10 days before delivery.
