All logs are 8×6 white pine, double tongue and grooved, and kiln dried.

Cost per square foot of your log home depends on several variables:

• Size of home
• Regional differences in construction costs
• Layout of home and total home size
• Interior finish: fixtures, flooring, counter tops, cabinets, appliances, etc.
• Windows and doors
• Building codes and regulations
• Complexity of design.
• Conditions of your home site
• Foundation choice: basement . crawlspace. slab

Dry-In includes:
Log Package, labor, windows, and outside doors. All outside finished except shingles or metal roof. Inside walls framed, and electrical roughed in log walls. The roof will be ready for shingles or metal. Sub floors will be ready for permanent floor.

Remember … you don’t need to use our plans to take advantage of our log pricing … we will work with your plans, or work with you to create a custom plan for the log home you’ve been dreaming of.

Our prices for turn-key or dry-in do not include permits.

OUR LOGS – Only the finest grade White Pine goes into our logs and wood products. Our logs are delivered in 8′, 10′, 12′, 14′, and 16′ lengths. Each log is finished to a clean, exact size. All logs are Kiln dried.

Our logs are sold by the linear foot. All necessary cutting to length is done on the building site, to insure tight-fitting joints, and allow maximum control of log placement and appearance. The linear foot method of construction also allows you to make design changes during construction, giving you far more flexibility than pre-cut packages do.

Please note: The lock-n-key and dry-in prices are based on locations within 50 miles of Baldwin, Georgia.  Distances over 50 miles will accrue an additional charge per square foot.
